Dr. Danielle Carrera is a nationally recognized expert in metabolic health, GLP-1 therapeutics, peptide medicine, and regenerative wellness. A former National Provider Speaker for Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, she has educated clinicians across the country on GLP-1 physiology, diabetes, and metabolic dysregulation.

As the Founder of Carrera Telehealth & Wellness, Dr. Carrera has treated over 10,000 patients, delivering concierge-level care in traditional medicine, regenerative hormone optimization, weight regulation, peptide therapeutics, and executive wellness protocols. Her mission is unwavering: to empower and educate every individual to become the CEO of your own health.

She is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Above Genetics, a movement built on the principle that “Your DNA is not your destiny. Your daily decisions are.” Through Above Genetics, she teaches how lifestyle, peptides, and metabolic inputs influence epigenetic expression and long-term vitality.

Maggie Cosmar, AAPRN received her undergraduate training at Advent Health University and her Masters in Nursing at Maryville University of St. Louis where she pursued her autonomous APRN specializing in Adult Gerontology Acute Care. With 16 years experience, her background consists of emergency, flight, critical care and trauma nursing at level 1 trauma centers. Maggie is one of the leading AAPRN’s for Triage via Telehealth and continues to work as a provider in critical care. Maggie was recruited by Dr. Carrera and trained for optimal health to include weightloss and hormone replacement therapy and is a fantastic asset to our team at “Carrera Telehealth & Wellness”.

Hooman Ghazanfari is a retired fire captain with 25 years of service at the Sacramento Fire Department. He has an M.A. in Executive Coaching and Consulting and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Hooman has worked for over a decade with clients across the country and around the world. He is known for his ability to dig into the issues from a 30,000-ft-view right to the core to unpack insights and paths to self-awareness. Hooman quickly zeroes in on the real problem and the real story.
